Job Summary:
Managed File Transfer (MFT) L2 Support Engineer role is positioned to offer IT technical support services on IT systems enabling Managed File Transfer and document delivery services at Iron Mountain across Global Sites. MFT support Engineer engages with Operations staff and Customers, diagnosing, detecting, and fixing MFT Systems technical issues and restoring IT systems to steady state operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Shall offer MFT IT technical support services to Operations across Global Sites.
Co-ordinate with internal and external partners during the partner on-boarding process.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
Skills Required:
Experience in file transfer protocol – SSH/SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2 etc.
Should have a very good understanding of Managed File Transfer Tools.
Should have experience working with IT systems problem management tools such as (HP Service Manager, Clarify, ServiceNow, Jira etc…)
Excellent problem solving, detail oriented and organizational skills
Ability to execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet the SLA and quality standards.
Ability to multi task and be able progress work on multiple tracks in the same day.
Strong ability to plan, prioritize work and perform timely follow-ups.
Understand the domain and technical components of the job
Must exhibit a positive approach and the ability to work efficiently as an individual contributor.
Should have an experience in working with large enterprises where issues resolution requires coordination with multiple IT functional departments.
Candidate should very good Knowledge of windows and Linux Operating systems.
Candidate should have exposure and experience in driving RCA for permanent solutions.
Qualification Required
Graduate who has 3 to 4 Years of relevant experience in Application Support and on file transfer protocol.Disclaimer:
