Job Title: Support Associate

Location:  Ewing, NJ | Hybrid- onsite 1-2 days per week (Wednesday preferrable), remote other days
Work Schedule:  M-F, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM 
Pay Rate:  $27 - $33 per hour
Employment Type:  1 year contract


Overview:
We are seeking an Support Associate to join the Human Resources team. This position will provide support by assisting employees with inquiries related to HR policies and systems, primarily through Workday, and will involve escalating issues as necessary. The role will also include content management and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate should have previous HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to extract and apply information effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Support: Assist employees with their HR-related queries via Workday, responding to inquiries and directing them to relevant articles or resources. Referring employees to the appropriate knowledge base articles. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution. Knowledge Management: Upload and maintain articles in the company platform ensuring proper categorization.  Assign priorities and labels to knowledge base articles to ensure efficient access and organization. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various HR-related projects. Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams to ensure policies and programs are accurately communicated and understood.  


Qualifications/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Previous HR experience required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic technology tools and platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Office 360, Word, Excel)  Experience with Workday is preferred Ability to extract and apply information from available resources efficiently. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A friendly, approachable personality with a strong focus on customer service. Attention to Detail: Ability to effectively manage knowledge articles, including uploading, categorizing, and prioritizing content.
