Minimum requirements:
Matric  Customer support and call Centre training will be an advantage ±3 Years of administration/financial industry experience background  Financial qualifications/certificate preferred  Superior Excel experience is required  PASA certification or payment training will be an advantage Relevant experience in customer support To provide operational support in: customer administration; extract of management information and compiling of reports and customer support Assisting clients with all queries and support  Assisting internal staff with queries and support Updating of incident lists Processing of applications in line with policies and procedures Completing of relevant process checklists (daily, weekly, monthly) General administrative support Standby after hour support Data capture and dissemination  Updating statistics and reports Compiling of management reports Trend analyses and interpretation  External and internal training Contacting and following up with customers regarding authorities to debit as part of the high-risk process General risk monitoring relating to payment system in respect of customers and transactions  To update the CRM system after every customer engagement
