You may be a good fit if you have:Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfactionAbility to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situationsMastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party.
