Strong hold on Cloud Computing related concepts with any of the cloud providers such as AWS, Azure

Hypervisor knowledge (VMware,KVM and VMControl)

Good knowledge on WebSphere Administration

Knowledge on Site Recovery Manager Service, LDAP, DNS, BackupService.Activate (Comvault), SecurityInformationManagementService (QRADAR)

Experience with Messaging products like IBM MQ

Working knowledge of Unix flavours and shell scripting

Experience and strong Knowledge of the Web Service and REST frameworks

Knowledge on Enterprise Java programming environment and frameworks, including J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, Java Script/GWT/AJAX, HTTP, HTML, XHTML, CSS

Good knowledge on database ( DB2 preferable ) and networking

Should have knowledge on Java scripting and shell

Should know entire service life cycle in ITIL process (change mgmt /incident mgmt in specific)

Product Specific Knowledge:

Working Knowledge on Chef Automation related concepts like Node Objects, Cookbooks, Recipes etc

Knowledge of industry best practices for IBM BPM/Chef

Good knowledge on IBM BPM 7.x/8.x Administration

IBM BPM Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server and Deployment manager

Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache HTTP or IHS server and its integration with IBM BPM

Knowledge on troubleshooting of process execution failure

Knowledge on setting up BPM HA

Managing Cloud Networks, Virtual Server Resources, Server Images using TSAM/BPM

Experience on configuring cloud server and storage pools, cloud networks etc in TSAM/BPM

Knowledge on Service Automation Reports

Knowledge on discovering IT Resources

Managing Virtual Images, Deploying patches and network resources using TPM

Integration of TSAM/TPM/BPM with different Tivoli Products like ITM, TSPC etc"
