Support Engineer • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of user accounts, computers, and peripherals. • Document and track support requests and resolutions using the helpdesk ticketing system. • Conduct user training sessions and create user guides for common issues and tasks. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or external vendors as needed. • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. help build team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00
