Job Description A large client in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Support Engineer with strong scripting skills to join their Digital Media team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2+ years experience creating and modifying scripts with PowerShell, Python, Unix Scripting, or other advanced scripting languages. Having experience working with APIs of the tools is a plus. The primary focus of this role is to automate manual support processes. To achieve this, the candidate will need to gain an in-depth understanding of our current support processes, to achieve this goal part of the onboarding process will include working tickets for a short period of time. Additional responsibilities will involve collaborating with team members and mentors and developing and implementing scripts to solve complex technical issues. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and leverage their scripting expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive problem-solving.
