Job Description
We are seeking a Support Engineer fluent in Portuguese to assist in troubleshooting electronic devices used by our research team to collect data globally. The role focuses on using SQL queries to manage databases and troubleshoot equipment, including cameras, weather devices, and PLC cabinets.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in troubleshooting various electronic devices such as cameras, weather devices, and PLC cabinets.Use SQL queries to understand and manage database systems.Provide support to the research team for data collection equipment.Collaborate with global teams to ensure efficient troubleshooting and problem resolution.Essential SkillsProficiency in Portuguese.Experience in troubleshooting electronics.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Understanding of PLCs and PLC programming.Additional Skills & Qualifications3 years of professional experience or a 2-year degree.Experience with Arduino, microcontrollers, or Raspberry Pi is a plus.Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
