Job Description: Basic Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing for the aerospace industry. * Experience with PCBA rework, including hand soldering of electronic components and reading schematics * Experience with common electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, etc.) * Proven track record of delivering results on time. * Experience supporting the development of space based systems. * Experience working in aerospace manufacturing. * Strong communication skills with the ability to review and develop written instructions, document work performed, and follow up with engineers and management as needed. * Degree or certificate in related field * Current or recently expired certification in IPC soldering standards including 7711/7721, J-STD, and J-STD Space Applications.
