Job Title: Wire Harness Technician

Location: Redmond, WA

JOB DUTIES:

Fabricate, assemble, and integrate high quality, high reliability wire harness and electro-mechanical assembliesRead, interpret and work from drawings as well as controlled documentation and processesCable harnesses including wiring diagrams, layout drawings, mechanical drawings, and GD&TAssembly procedures and work instructionsSchematics, engineering drawings, and parts listPerform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructionsUse various mechanical and precision calibrated toolsPerform electrical checkouts using custom setups combined with off the shelf equipment/componentsCollaborate with Manufacturing/design/Lab engineers to develop and document future processesEnsure all production services are performed on time, safely, and in a professional manner

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

IPC 620 certificationExperience fabricating or inspecting wire harness and cable assembliesExperience in the aerospace industry, aviation, military, or other high-reliability operating environmentKnowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsSkill in operating and manipulating machinery and various hand and power tools requiring manual dexterityAbility to use precision measuring instruments
