Support Engineer (Tech), IES NCRC (part of IES CFX)
Description Amazon IES (India & Emerging Stores) CFX team is offering a truly exceptional opportunity to be a part of a team working on industry-leading products/ technologies. We work on initiatives to reduce cost to serve for customers while improving the customer experience. Our systems need to meet remarkably high standards of quality, performance and reliability, operating around the clock on a massive scale. You will work with engineers for software across a variety of n-tier architectures and latest technologies. We are looking for a talented, detail, oriented and enthusiastic Support Engineer (Tech) who is passionate about problem solving and is enthusiastic about latest technology offered to consumers. Support Engineers own automation across backend & frontend services. Role requires execution of SOP driven coding assignments, understanding amazon tools and systems, scripting, making configuration changes to those systems, identifying opportunities for automation as well. Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience scripting in modern program languages Preferred Qualifications - 1. Knowledge of service-oriented architecture & micro-services. - 2. Basic scripting skills - 3. Good problem solving skills. - 4.
