We are looking for a talented, detail, oriented and enthusiastic Support Engineer (Tech) who is passionate about problem solving and is enthusiastic about latest technology offered to consumers. Support Engineers own automation across backend & frontend services. Role requires execution of SOP driven coding assignments, understanding amazon tools and systems, scripting, making configuration changes to those systems, identifying opportunities for automation as well. Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience scripting in modern program languages Preferred Qualifications - 1. Knowledge of service-oriented architecture & micro-services. - 2. Basic scripting skills - 3. Good problem solving skills. - 4.
