Your Role:

Deliver engaging, one-on-one ABA services using proven, evidence-based strategies to inspire and motivate clients. Accurately record session data with electronic tools, ensuring every success is documented and celebrated. Be an essential part of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans with enthusiasm and dedication. Collaborate closely with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness and celebrate progress. Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment for clients while maintaining precise session records.

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a genuine passion for making a difference in the world! Skills: Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm and composed in any situation.

Need to Know:

Services are provided in clients' homes or community settings, offering variety in your work environment. Start part-time and take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course to advance your career!
