What You-ll Do:
+ One-on-One ABA Therapy:Use evidence-based interventions to help children with Autism build life skills, independence, and positive behaviors.
+ Team Collaboration:Work closely with a supportive clinical team to implement individualized care plans.
+ Track Progress:Use digital tools to document and monitor client progress.
+ Create a Positive Environment:Foster a nurturing atmosphere and build meaningful connections with clients and their families.
Who We-re Looking For:
+ Background in ABA:Prior experience in ABA therapy, particularly with children on the autism spectrum, is highly valued.
+ Compassionate & Patient:You bring calm and positivity to challenging situations and are committed to helping others.
+ Passionate Learner:You-re excited to grow professionally and committed to making a lasting difference in children-s lives.
+ Ready for Commitment:We-re looking for individuals who are ready to make a 6-month commitment to support our clients and their families.
Additional Details:
+ Services are delivered in clients- homes or community settings.
+ Positions begin part-time, with potential for additional hours as you grow in the role.
+ Required: Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course - and we-ll guide you through it!
