Assist Support and Planning team to identify process improvement opportunities and increase efficiencies within the department. Assist the Support and Planning team with identification of errors and troubleshooting with current platforms and processes. Assist Support and Planning team to create and establish regular reporting to ensure data accuracy Oversee implementation of new clients and services using the client implementation standard operating procedures Establish and document standard operating procedures for the team Coordinate and lead training for the team when new technology and processes are introduced Evaluate and modify standard protocols and procedures as needed to support new business and technology Manage data load process Liaise with OnBrand360 Product Manager as needed to communicate and prioritize needed enhancements Participate in User Acceptance Testing for any new software releases and enhancements Assist with the creation, documentation, and execution of new hire training Lead or participate in ongoing projects Ensure all client data is accurate including work orders and billing through regular reports as well as direct engagement with the Support and Planning Team

Requirements:

At least 5 years of customer support and administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Sales Force Experience balancing and prioritizing external and internal requests Ability to work in a fast pace environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Available to work Monday-Friday
