Support Service Clerk
**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** **Description:** Schedule: 4:30Pm-8PM 2 nights a week and Every other Saturday 8-12 noon. Richboro Imaging Center 1059 Second Street Pike, Richboro, PA 18954 + Answers telephone(s) and directs calls to appropriate personnel. + Re-schedule appointments for patients and enter required information utilizing EMR. + Obtain patient demographic information per Trinity protocol. + Screen patients per MRI safety requirements. + Advise & present patients with any required prep for scheduled exam. + Prepare patient paperwork for scheduled exams, confirm study & ordering doctor information. + Check in patients for scheduled study's & register patients for walk in scans, provide patients with any paperwork they are required to complete & answer any questions pt might have. + Greet patients warmly. + Hand imaging disc's out upon completion of scan. + Scan, fax & copy as needed. + Follow & complete daily job duties. + Be a team player. + Be able to multi-task. + Compassionate Customer service skills. **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** Trinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
