ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Under general supervision, provide operational and customer service support to various Chubb Operations teams as it relates to quoting, binding and issuing new business, renewals, policy changes and other processing life cycle functions. + Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. + Understanding of work unit business and procedures. + Assist with projects and/other duties as warranted. + Perform standard processing tasks for each line of business supported + Perform standard processing tasks for other administrative operations areas as needed + Other duties assigned by Program Manager + Ability to gather and identify necessary policy information to triage or process general lines of business for the client. Qualifications + High School /GED required + College experience preferred but not mandatory + 2-3 years of experience in Insurance, Financial experience in processing is a plus + Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Software required + Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills + Minimum 1 year insurance experience preferred + Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred + Basic Mathematical skills + Excellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required + Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required + Must be able to pass criminal background
