The Peer Support Specialist (PSS) provides peer support services to residents with mental illness, substance abuse, and/or challenges related to homelessness. The PSS will function as a role model to peers, exhibiting competency in personal recovery and wellness, as well as serving as a consumer advocate, providing consumer information an peer support onsite and in the community
