Support Specialist
Job Title: Support Specialist Job Description As a Support Specialist, you will handle calls and follow-ups on Property and Casualty Insurance policy questions/inquiries. This product area includes Workers Compensation, Business Owners Policy, Commercial Auto, ERISA bonds, Cyber Liability, and more. In this role, you will partner with your team, insurance carriers, or other stakeholders to assist with P&C questions. You will provide education on P&C products, company policies & procedures, or insurance guidelines & state regulations. You will also escalate tasks or documentation to other teams, develop and maintain a basic working knowledge of company products, use systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS. You will document all interactions, perform data entry, and maintain strong prioritization and organization. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Sarasota, Florida. Work Environment You will work Monday-Friday from 9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. in an onsite small office environment. You will be part of a local team of 2-3 people. This location also houses the VP and Director of Insurance, as well as the Health and Benefits team. You will also have the opportunity to partner with a team Subject Matter Expert.
