\n \n Job Description

The Support Specialist provides in-office daily supporttasks andshould possess the skills necessary to formulate quick decisions to resolve customer concerns and have an easy-going personality with a team and customer-oriented approach.

\n

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, written/verbal communication, and customer service skills in addition to being detailed oriented with the ability to multitask.

\n


This position is responsible for various support tasks. This is an in-office position.

\n

\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\n\nProcess Violation notices, ARC applications and correspondences\nAssociation mailouts\nAmenity requests\nUpload invoices\nPUD requests and maintain information in Community Archives\nProcess Annual Corporate Reports\nRespond appropriately and timely to emails\nBack up-front office, phones, incoming and outgoing mail.\nAssist with new association onboarding and outboarding\n\n Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

\n\nHOA and Condominium in-office support experience required;minimum 1 year.\nAble to follow direction and work independently as well as in team environment.\nOrganizational and multitasking abilities\nProficient in English (oral and written).\nMS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nDriver’s License required.\nReliable withoutstanding communication skills.\nFamiliarity with Strongrooms, CINC or Community Archives a plus but not required.\nBilingual a plus but not required.\n\n

Employment - Full-time M-F 8:30-5:00PM

\n

Compensation - $17.00 per hour

\n

\n
