Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Support Specialist for a company in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This is a direct-hire position that offers full-benefits. The role will involve managing and coordinating bid processes, writing and preparing bids and proposals, and submitting tenders. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the bid process effectively • Prepare and write detailed bids for clients • Develop and submit tenders as required • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation • Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met • Communicate effectively with team members and clients • Use AIA Billing and AIA Documents in bid management processes • Handle Bid Proposals and Bid Requests proficiently • Work collaboratively in a team setting • Manage subcontractor bids as needed Requirements • Demonstrable experience in the Service industry • Familiarity with AIA Documents • Proven expertise in Bid Management • Experience in creating Bid Proposals • Ability to handle Bid Requests efficiently • Knowledge of managing Subcontractor Bids • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
