Support Specialist IV
Job Description We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing. They must be willing to take direction and provide guidance to other team members. As well as be able to work independently, as assigned tasks will vary. This role will cover all the RTS technologies and will also be a document/process impact as we are in a full expansion mode. This role will also drive other team members Task ownership. Our goal here is that we will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. To be able to operate as point of contact for assigned projects to help coordinate internal resources. This role will also be supported by supervisor and technical resources. Oversees Client subtask activity, assigns and monitors client tickets, and works with XFN partners to ensure timely and successful delivery of support tickets and project implementations according to timeline and deliverables. Day-to-Day hands-on work in our lab network space. Including troubleshooting issues with our client servers/laptops and network space. I. Evaluate potential problems, technical hitches, and develop solutions. II. Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information. III. Document and store RTS based technology and processes. IV. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored. V. Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails. VI. Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. VII. Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. VIII. Able to learn and adapt to new situations and environments.
