Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting a support worker to work with our client who are dedicated to motivating homeless people to recognise and unlock their talents.

The role:

Working Monday-Friday (Week 1: 9:00 - 17:00 Week 2: 13:00 - 21:00Enable service users to achieve their full potentialTo assist in the provision of a comprehensive good Work within a quality housing service that provides support and resettlement to residents that have experienced homelessness.Empowering and enabling them to live independently.Be proactive in supporting individuals in the area of social inclusion and accessing services
