Job Description Support Worker

Location: Rugby
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £11.44 to £11.75 (depending on experience)

I am looking for multiple full-time Support Workers to join a welcoming supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in the Rugby area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person centred support to adults with learning disabilities.Promote independence and choice through person centred care delivery including support accessing day services, activities and community involvement.Medication administrationWork flexibly on a varied shift pattern, including weekends (no night shifts required).

Requirements:

Previous personal or professional experience in a similar role.Full UK driving licence.Flexibility to work on a rota basis.Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care across the Rugby area.
