Support Worker Needed - FEMALE ONLY- Cardiff Bay
Looking after a Young Lady with a Brain Injury

Are you compassionate, dedicated, and ready to make a difference? We are seeking a reliable Support Worker to assist a young lady in her mid-20s with a brain injury. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide care and support in a warm and fulfilling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.Offer emotional and practical support.Help with mobility and other physical tasks.Foster independence and encourage engagement in activities.Assist with household tasks and meal preparation.Provide companionship and promote overall well-being.Use your own car to take the service user out for appointments or outings. Mileage will be reimbursed at 45p per mile.

Requirements:

Must be a driver with your own car (mileage paid at 45p per mile).Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or similar conditions is desirable.Shift pattern of 12:00 - 23:00, followed by a sleep-in shift.Must be available to work 3-4 days a week, full flexibility preferred. Patient, caring, and respectful nature.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

£12 per hour
