Supported Living Service Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Nuneaton office (with travel required across the country)
Driver: Essential


Key Requirements:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)Significant experience and understanding of learning disabilities and complex care needs/behavioursFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (mileage paid for external visits)Commitment to spend time within services across the countryWillingness to share on-call duties

Role Overview:
As a Supported Living Service Manager, you will oversee a cluster of single occupancy supported living services. The individuals you will support primarily have a diagnosis of Learning Disability and complex health needs, including behaviours that challenge.
Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of the servicesManage rotas and ensure staff trainingEnsure compliance with CQC standardsLead reviews and update support plans and PBS plansLiaise with families and professionalsConduct regular visits to the homes of the people we supportCoach and mentor your team to achieve high standards of care

You will be supported by the Head of Supported Living to ensure the smooth running of the services and the delivery of high-quality care.
