Development of Tenant Individual Support Plans. Tenant linkage to Community Service Providers. Observation, documentation and reporting of tenant status. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field. One (1) year in Human Service or related field preferred. Must have valid NYS Drivers License.
