Job Summary
This position is grant funded.
Responsibilities
Manages retention in care for their caseload and follows the fidelity monitoring protocols in data collection and documentation.
This role is part of the Supportive Services team and works with a variety of community members who are referred to Supportive Services for additional assistance.
Involves working with community members over the phone or in person.
Assists with day-to-day supportive services tasks, such as rapid response support for those who are seeking same-day treatment and conducting assessments and safety plans for community members in distress.
Prepares for or participate in quality assurance audits conducted by study sponsors, federal agencies, or specially designated review groups.
Assists with and performs various administrative and operational tasks under direct supervision.
Uses knowledge of clinical studies to coordinate the collection of analyzable clinical research data and/or samples.
Performs other related work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).---

Education:
Advanced degree in social work or related field.
Experience:
Experience working with and/or providing care to LGBT populations, Black and Latino community members, providing HIV/STI treatment and/or prevention.
