Job Summary
We are hiring a Recruiting Supervisor for our new office in Cebu City, Philippines who will lead a team of high-volume recruiters onsite. The Supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating their team to meet targets that push for growth within the organization. Job Responsibilities:
Supervises and coaches a team of high-volume recruiters to meet client needs Continuously update, design, and improve recruiting procedures (i.e. job application, onboarding, etc) Utilize strong sources and create strategies that will attract the right talent Track team performance and recruitment KPIs Recommend and partner with all departments on ways to improve employer brand Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and hiring managers about changes in regulations Participate in career events, job fairs, and activities outside of the office to promote the organization Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR, professionals, education institutions, and other partners Cultivate a strong working relationship with internal departments and have effective/open communication regarding challenges or shortfalls Ensure all compliance with the hiring and company policy for internal and external hires, verified through audits, assessments, and customer feedback Lead all ongoing team engagement activities that help ensure job satisfaction and workforce productivity Serve as SME on recruitment process and systems Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the manager or other staffing leadership, such as serving on process improvement, coordinating small-scope short-term projects, etc. Recruits for non-agent roles as needed. Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred 3+ years of work experience in high-volume recruitment BPO Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong command of the English language Effective organizational and time management skills Knowledge in utilizing a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent Data-driven & analytical mindset Ability to work on multiple hiring goals simultaneously Exhibit professionalism Work shifting schedules to meet with other departments
