Key Responsibilities:Performs a variety of Operational and Administrative tasks to support the Chief Pilot Office at each pilot baseAdministrative tasks include answering phones, assisting pilots with questions, maintaining base email accounts, faxes and personal United email accountManage compliance for pilot crew badges. Assist pilot and staff with parking, SIDA badges and background checksUpdate pilot records for First Class Medicals, passports, vaccines, visas, pilot license, Line Check and IOE documentsMaintains the iPad lost/stolen/loaner equipment in addition to assisting pilots with iPad issues and setting up a new iPad when neededMaintains supplies for the pilot group, includes paper, ink for office, crew room and SSD rooms in the hub for pilot interfacing equipment throughout the stationAssists the base in Operational integrity and reliabilityMaintains entire office supply inventory/ordering to include maintaining and issuing pilot uniform accessories

Whats needed to succeed (Required Qualifications):High School Diploma or equivalent work experiencePrevious administrative work experienceExperience using MS Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent time management and ability to prioritize work.Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervisionAttention to detail requiredMust be able to maintain confidentialityMust be willing and able to work a flexible schedule in a 7-day-a-week operation including weekends and holidaysStrong communication skills both written and verbal, organized, flexible and self-starterThis position requires walking, bending, and ability to lift up to 35IbsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):1-2 years of Flight Operations experienceProject management experience
