What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.

Qualifications

Internal:
For Internal Medical team - Open to B2 & B3 with POC experience

External CHIP applicants - Open to P1 with POC experience /P2/M1 applicants
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year in their current role

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in BPO/Shared ServicesMinimum of 2 years work experience as a Team lead in a BPO/Shared Services set up for eternal candidateExperience supporting healthcare accountsExcellent communication and client management skillsStrong leadership skillsExperience in Project Management and involvement in process improvement/initiatives, preferredWilling to work US hoursWilling to work on weekends and work onsite (BGC)
