**114651BR** **Job Title:** Supv, Maintenance **Location:** Preferred Popcorn - Indiana (2530A) **Job Description:** **Position Responsibilities:** + Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for Preferred Popcorn’s tractors, grain handling equipment, and vehicles. + Repair or oversee the repair of Preferred Popcorn equipment and infrastructure. + Perform preventative maintenance on plant processing equipment as required + Fabricate structures and equipment to be safe and functional + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace + Track maintenance spending + Serve as a Grain Handler as needed + Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness, and BRC/FDA + Report all issues with food safety, quality, and occupational safety to Outside Supervisor, QA Manager, or Safety Officer + Other duties as assigned by management **Skills:** + Ability to operate PIT(powered industrial trucks) + Maintain a valid CDL + Understanding of food safety and quality guidelines + Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds throughout an 8 hour shift + Ability to lift above shoulder level + Ability to bend, stoop, and twist + Ability to climb grain bins + Ability to tolerate fluctuating seasonal temperature conditions + Able to handle multiple tasks + Must be self-directed and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision + Must have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize work, and problem solve + Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours a day with adequate breaks + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well with others **Preferred Popcorn has worked to become a worldwide leader in the popcorn industry.
