Job Description:
About the Role:
The candidate will be responsible for directing and leading personnel as assigned on the manufacturing floor. This Supervisor will work and communicate with Operations, Human Resources, Quality and other departments. They will be responsible for departmental performance, labor utilization and other duties as assigned. They will provide input in department and program development, foster continuous improvement, a team environment, and be a facility advocate for engaging the workforce.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and direct personnel as assigned.
Execute the planned production schedule.
Conduct training and instruction on production and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate company records and reports.
Contribute suggestions and recommendations for a continuing cost reduction program.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on night shift (11 pm to 7 am), Monday through Friday. Hours may exceed the hours stated.
About You:

A relevant secondary education degree and/or equivalent work experience is required.
Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
