Job Overview TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures. Educación: 

Avance de un 85% de carrera Universitaria  Microsoft Office intermedio (preferiblemente)

 

Conocimiento Específico de Puesto y Habilidades:
•    Habilidades Básicas de Computadoras (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.).
•    Habilidad para comunicar y expresar claramente sus ideas cara a cara y en público.
•    Lectura de Planos.
•    Conocimiento básico de lectura, escritura legible (Buenas Prácticas de Documentación).
•    Habilidades matemáticas.
•    Habilidad para usar escala de medida, micrómetros, comparadores, microscopio, go/no go, etc.
•    Habilidad para desarrollar cálculos básicos y conversión de medidas entre diferentes sistemas de medición.
•    Conocimiento básico sobre manejo de personal operativo y técnico.
•    Aplicación de habilidades blandas en su gestión.
•    Resolución de conflictos.
•    Colaboración en proyectos de mejora continua.

Funciones:

-    Supervisar al personal para producir productos manufacturados y organizar el flujo de trabajo.
-    Revisar Passdown del cambio de turno anterior.
-    Coordinar el correcto balance de línea, WIP, prioridades y cumplimiento hora-hora de la línea de producción.
-    Apoyar a la brigada en temas de evacuaciones por perdida de condiciones o desastres naturales.
-    Apoyar a Gerencia en implementar técnicas o actividades que generen un buen ambiente de trabajo.
-    Coordinar con el Core Team las ayudas para el cumplimiento de metas internas y externas.
