The Role

 Surety Account 

 

At WTW, our Surety Account oversees all portfolio management activities to achieve strategic customer service, retention and sales objectives. In this role, you will work closely with all branch colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded. 

 

Main responsibilities:

 Analysis and evaluation of bond issues submitted by customers  Knowledge of current legislation and its applicability; advice to customers   Technical support on policies, including in application of current legislation  Negotiation with the insurance market  Analysis of market offerings and identification of the best solution for the customer  Compliance with risk placement procedures  Periodic customer visits  Basic customer management: portfolio development, guarantee needs analysis, search for entrustments in the insurance market, verification and update of applicable economic conditions; internal application management oversight of administrative/accounting aspects  Follow-up with accounting for backlog tracking

The Requirements

 Minimum 2 years experience in brokerage companies (surety sector)  English Fluent, Level international B2  Law or Economics degree or equivalent  Previous insurance, broker and/or company experience
