Applicants must be within driving distance to the Atlanta office to be considered for this role.

A day in the life.

As a Surety Account Associate  you will:

•             Assist with Word Documents and/or Excel spreadsheets as requested

•             Correspond with clients and companies

•             Responsible for client invoicing

•             Basic File Maintenance

•             Enter detail for new business applications as needed

•             Issue Bonds and Continuation Certificates

•             Learn to check bonds with direction from Account Manager

•             Process change requests to the surety and endorsements received from the surety

•             Process incoming requests for additional information from sureties

•             Prepare renewal kits and forward to clients for updated information

•             Other responsibilities as needed to support the production team

Previous Business Insurance experience a plusExcellent organizational skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAble to research and analyze problems independentlyDetail oriented and able to self-check for accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)Must have Property & Casualty resident agents license or obtain within 90 days of employmentA shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, Accountability
