The Surety Bond Account Coordinator assists the Account Executive or Account Representative with servicing, invoicing, and general administrative duties by processing work associated with the contract surety or commercial surety unit. The Surety Bond Account Coordinator will help with issuance and renewal of bonds, bid results and/or payment follow-up, and producer financial filing duties. What You'll Do Prepares and executes bonds and other documents for delivery to clients.Follows workflow with regards to commercial bond execution, renewals, cancellations, and riders. Ability to take direction from an AE/AM and execute the requested work in an efficient manner and reviews work for accuracy.Capable of working in a fast-paced setting, and able to adjust to changing demands as needed. Be able to review bid specifications along with requests from clients to execute bid bonds accurately and with no mistakes.Gain an understanding of the elements of a financial file to be able to look at documents and e-file them properly within the clients financial file per established guidelines. Gain an understanding of contract surety including bid, performance, payment bond, consents of surety and bid letters.
