About Suretegrity:
Suretegrity is an exciting part of Acrisure. It’s one of the only online bond stores that allows the end user to apply, purchase and download original bond documents typically in minutes. Suretegrity holds licenses in all fifty states with thousands of bond offerings supporting a large variety of professions across the country.
Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day support of Suretegrity. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating bond renewals, addressing system performance concerns, assist with carrier billing issues, and production reports.
Responsibilities:
Prioritizes workload with an emphasis on customer service.
Provides professional, timely, and accurate output to customers and team members.
Processes payments and delivers accurate bond documents.
Reviews bond form language to ensure accurate renewal documents are generated.
Works to retain renewal business by sending out reminders prior to system cancellation.
Requests and maintains all necessary renewal underwriting as directed by the carrier.
Facilitates a team environment that promotes collaboration and trusted partnerships.
Assists with production reports, bond form maintenance and other projects as needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize workload
Self-motivated with effective time management skills
Able to grasp new concepts quickly
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
A minimum of 2 years' experience within the surety industry or business-related setting
FL 4-40 customer representative license or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
