Surgery Scheduler

Very busy medical office in Matthews is seeking a polished, professional individual that always maintains a high level of customer service to each and every patient. Hours 8:30a-5:30p, M-F. Temp to perm. $18-19/hour.

Responsibilities:

Surgery Scheduling

Input cases into centers scheduling systemVerify Benefits - works with patients and insurance companies with billing explanationsCommunicates with patients, physician offices, insurance companies, staff, surgeons and external contractorsWorks directly with patients over the phone and in person

Relief Receptionist

Meets, greets and checks in patients, staff, physicians and visitorsChart preparationAnswering phones

Requirements:

3+ years of prior Medical Procedure scheduling required - experience scheduling surgeries in at a hospital, scheduling MRI's, CAT Scans etc.High School DiplomaDetail orientedKnowledgeable of health insuranceGood communication and people skills is a must A11880381CLT_1740144351 To Apply for this Job Click Here
