Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **POSITION SUMMARY** The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the clinical staff by performing a variety of support functions to facilitate the proper functioning of the anesthesia equipment. Provide needed supply and drugs to the OR rooms. Participate as a team member by performing additional assignments when workload or area of specialty requires, as requested by the team. Responsible for timely preparation of operating rooms for surgical procedures. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** 1. High school education/GED required 2. Knowledge of basic medical terminology, use of a variety of equipment, basic instrumentation, aseptic techniques, and the telephone as usually acquired through three months on-the-job experience. 3. Work requires an understanding of applicable department and hospital policies and procedures. 4. CPR certification/recertification required. 5.
