(https://d25zu39ynyitwy.cloudfront.net/oms/000000/document/2024/6/SMVZW\_USStrykerEmployeebenefits/USStrykerEmployeebenefits.pdf) **Schedule:** 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm Overtime based on business needs Rotational on-call responsibilities **What you will do -** + Responsible for last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers + Build relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites + Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors + Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker’s customers + Achieve operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced + Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain + Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day + Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications **What you need -** **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of relevant/professional experience + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Valid Driver’s license with no restrictions + Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed + Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, and customer service + Bachelor’s degree Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
