Get to Know Your Team: Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital specializes in surgical services, diagnostic imaging and pain management, offering state-of-the-art MRI, computed tomography and myelography technology. Responsibilities Perform daily turnover and terminal cleaning of surgical suites including walls, ceilings, floors, and equipment. Transport patient beds and stretchers as necessary from patient areas to surgical suites. Assist with positioning and prepping the surgical patient, stocking supplies for the department, and delivering surgical specimens. With appropriate training, they may scrub to assist in the surgical field to hold limbs, retractors, or cameras. Follow all guidelines set forth by the AORN Standards and Practices. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire Preferred Job Requirements: Six months of experience as a patient care tech or surgical orderly
