Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a SURGICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR to join our team!
The Surgical Services Coordinator assists the nurse manager in coordination of daily activities in the Surgical Services area. Participate in coordination of staff assignments. Provides input to the Nurse Manager in the development and implementation of clinical standards of care. Reports directly to the Surgical Services Nurse Manager.
HOURS: Full time of 1.0 FTE; 80 hours bi-weekly; Day Shift
Experience/Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of experience in a physician's office or acute care hospital working in a position substantially similar to this one is preferred.Basic computer operations and keyboarding skills sufficient for efficient data entry and navigation of Meditech system. Possesses appropriate telephone etiquette.Self-motivated and able to take initiative to complete work efficiently. Able to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Able to work with all members of the Surgical Services staff to share and coordinate workload.Employee Benefits
