Astria Health is seeking a Surgical Services Director to join our team! This position is located at our hospital in Sunnyside. 

 

What you get to do every day!

 

The Surgical Services Director is responsible for oversight of the entire Surgical Services Department including pre and post operative care of patients, ambulatory care, same day surgery and recovery. You will:

 

Implementation of policies to maintain quality patient careManages safety initiativesDevelops and monitors operating expenses Manages departmental budgetAllocates resources for labor and quality improvement initiatives Holds 24-hour accountability of the Surgical Services department Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

What you bring to the role:

 

Three to five years of displayed Leadership experience Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Active Washington State Registered Nurse Licensure Current Basic Life Support certification Oral and written fluency in the English language.
