Position Summary

Responsible for material management activities related to the purchase, receiving, distribution and inventory of supplies, instrumentation and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to meet minimum hospital hiring standards.Age 18-25

Essential Job Functional

Helps the storekeepers pick supplies, receive supplies, and put away supplies.

Helps OR Techs pick surgical casesHelp Storekeeper and Nurses complete expiration date checksHelps Provide customer services that promotes the goals of the hospital and department.Assists with the physical inventory of patient care supply areas and stores. Assists with the reconciliation of WVMC physical inventory in compliance with policies and procedures.Works with the Materials Manager to resolve potential storeroom and non-stock supply outages.Performs other duties as assigned by the Materials Manager.
