**Position Summary:** The Surgical Technologist performs a variety of orthopedic/pain cases in the surgery center and will cross-train in the main hospital surgery unit, as a member of the surgical team. This role scrubs on all types of cases performed, prepares for cases by picking case supplies, set-up and maintenance of sterile field, and helps with room turnover. This role may also function as a surgeon’s second assistant. Shifts vary depending on case volume. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** + Graduate of an accredited training program + High school diploma or equivalent **Certifications:** + CPR required + Certification (CST) preferred. **Experience:** + Experience as CST required $21.00 - $31.50 Hourly RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
