High School or Equivalent and completion of an Accredited Surgical Technology Program and 1 year surgical technician experience OR High School or Equivalent and completion of a military or hospital based training program with 5 years acute care Surgical Tech experience. Required Skills also includes Knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, equipment, and sterile field set-up.
