Job Posting Title: Surgical Technologist (Dallas) Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: 10-hour shifts PRN Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities + Act the primary scrub person handling the instruments, supplies, and equipment during the surgical procedure + Act as secondary unsterile person of surgical team as needed Required Skills/Abilities + Graduate of Certified Surgical Technology Program or equivalent required + Current CPR required + Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical technology required + Requires advanced knowledge of principles of asepsis and sterile technique with basic operating room technique and standards + Requires advanced knowledge of surgical procedures with emphasis on various orthopedic procedures and the miscellaneous equipment used in the surgical service area.
