To be successful in this position as a surgical technologist, you will need to be an experienced surgical technologist who thrives under pressure, is passionate about their career and professional development, a team player who sets their team up for success, can change directions quickly and can stay positive during any situation. We are looking for surgical technologist professionals who are eager to learn and excited to learn about new technologies and procedures. We are seeing a critical thinker who possess strong communication and time management skills.

The Surgical Technologist will work 36 hours/week in the main or neuro operating rooms.

The Surgical Technologist will take call as assigned.

Experience

Surgical Technologist position within the organizational structure of the Operating Room assists in the delivery of direct primary care to the patient experiencing surgical intervention. Primary function is to assist with surgical procedures and to cover help Sterile processing and Surgical Tech needs for potential Trauma cases.Sterile processing duties are also a primary part of this role in addition to assisting during surgical procedures as a Surgical Technologist.

Requirements include experience as a Surgical Technologist and a BLS is required.
