· A candidate with or without Cardiac experience with a strong interest in Cardiac procedures.

· A well rounded surg tech with previous experience who wants to learn and perform with our Cardiac team

$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation Incentive if moving from 100 miles.

1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program. Current BLS from the American Heart Association Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Detail oriented and able work well in a fast-paced, high stress environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years’ experience CST CertificationSerious interest in Cardiac surgeries
