Kforce has a client that is seeking a Surround Systems Configuration Analyst II in Los Angeles, CA. Summary: The Surround Systems Configuration Analyst II performs technical and analytical work related to the maintenance, update, etc. of the configuration of the Surround Systems, applications and databases (e.g., Clinical CareAdvance (CCA, Process Communication Tracking (PCT), SyntraNet, etc.). This position is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and providing well thought-out recommendations to support end-to-end configuration improvements. This position collaborates closely with peers and management within the department as well as throughout the organization to ensure that the more complex configuration work is monitored, analyzed, updated, etc. Duties: * Maintain surround systems configuration and related documentation * Identify, analyze, and review well thought-out recommendations for end-to-end configuration improvements * Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and provide well thought-out recommendations for resolution * Interface and collaborate with peers within and outside of the department and the organization to support configuration management best practices, systems enhancement processes, management of the system configuration life cycle management project/program plans, tracking of configuration change operational issues and resolution
